We are open again for appointments and keeping patient and staff safety our highest priority. We supremely appreciate your patience and teamwork in order to make this happen!
Here are a handful of selected new policies so you know we’re providing a safe and worry free experience!
- We are routinely cleaning and sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces, including exam rooms and frames, after every patient.
- All patients and staff must be wearing a mask to enter the office.
- Everyone will have their temperature taken with a speedy, no-touch, non-invasive thermometer before entry.
- Since we are limiting the amount of patients in the office at one time, we are advising patients to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment, and to call us once you’ve parked. When we are ready to accept you in the office, we will give you a call back or come out and get you. For anyone running more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
- We ask that all adult patients visit the office alone. When accompanying a minor, please arrive with only one parent please.
- For anyone thinking about trying contact lenses for the first time, we highly recommend you wait until next year due to exam complications as a result of COVID.
- Our hours of operation are currently Monday-Friday 9-6pm, Saturday 9-5pm and Sundays 10-4pm.
Thanks so much for understanding, and being patient with us while we all get through this. The health of our patients, staff, families, and community is more important to us than anything. We’re resolute that we’ll come out better on the other side of this.
